Ian Macleod's cycle ride with the Tour d'afrique
and Marseille Marathon

In 2008, Ian ran in the Edinburgh marathon and raised £3801 for The Helen Feather Trust.
This year he is taking on two challenges.
The first is on April 2nd when he will join the Tour d'afrique (which goes from Cairo to Capetown ) for the 'zambizi zone'. That is over 1200km from Lilonge (Malawi) to Livingston (victoria Falls, Zambia) in 9 days.
Ian's second challenge is the (first ever) Marseille Marathon which is on April 26th. His target is to get inside 3.5hrs.
We are immensly grateful to Ian for again supporting our charity.
